Koen
Koen
Close to everything, far from ordinary.
Situated in the heart of South Burnaby, Koen is a community designed with enchanting green pathways, flexible floor plans, and ample space for unscripted gatherings. Aptly named “Koen,” meaning “park”, it nods to the nature that surrounds it. For the branding, we took inspiration from the location itself, previously occupied by family-owned institution, The Great Paper Box Company. We paid homage through old storybook type and handcrafted quality paper through various brand touchpoints.
